2009 Chateau de Segries Cotes-du-Rhone four or five times now over the past year and it has never failed to deliver the goods. Tonight's bottle shows all the warm, spicy raspberry fruit, black pepper and sweet herb of previous bottles and ups the ante with an earthy, carob-like finish. Simply charming with grilled chicken skewers and tabbouleh. $12
